  1st specialist spa in Oz - Infra Red Black Silica Stone - Awesome!
  Black silica stone spa is a special type of sauna, it is not a massage.
  They also have various other therapies and massages but their signiture specialty is the black silica stone spa slabs which you lie on which emit FAR infra red. This type of sauna provides some unique benifits that traditional mainstream spas don't - very healthy in my opinion with less stress on the body that the other hotter spas can cause.
  If you don't know the many benifits and frequencies of the infra red spectrum you ought! A quick bit of Google research will put you straight.
  The staff step you through all about it befor you start which is very interesting and they provide informative info' sheets as well. After the spa we chose to sit in the lounge area and watched a video about benifits of black silica and other interesting information.
  From begining to end the hospitality, hygene and ordeliness the Japanese are known for contributed to a most pleasant experience.
